You’ll take part in highly interactive, in-person sessions (typically during business hours from 9:00 to 18:00) that include role-plays, group activities, case discussions, and action planning. Short pre-readings are provided to set the stage, but the focus is on applying frameworks in real time with peers and facilitators.

What sets the Building High-Performing Teams course apart is its highly practical, hands-on approach combined with expert facilitation by our seasoned faculty, who bring insights from Korn Ferry Academy, a global leader in organisational and talent development.
Unlike traditional theory-heavy programs, this course focuses on real-world challenges faced by managers, offering tools, frameworks, and simulations that can be immediately applied in the workplace. Participants engage in dynamic, interactive sessions that include role-plays, team activities, and action planning — all designed to foster behavioural change and sustained team performance.

There are no formal prerequisites for enrolling in the Building High-Performing Teams course. However, this course is best suited for individuals who are currently managing teams or have prior experience in a leadership role.
