Turning strategy into action is one of the defining skills of effective leadership. While organisational direction is often set at the top, its success depends on managers who can communicate it clearly, and make choices that advance business goals. Leaders who understand both the intent and the execution of strategy play a vital role in driving performance and alignment across the organisation.
Driving Business Strategy is a one-day, in-person course that helps managers strengthen their ability to connect strategic thinking with practical execution. Drawing on Korn Ferry’s global experience working with leadership teams, the course reveals how CEOs and senior leaders shape strategy through priorities, trade-offs, and resource decisions. Participants learn how to apply this thinking in everyday management by aligning objectives, allocating effort effectively, and evaluating progress against business outcomes.
By the end of the course, you will be able to apply strategic insights to your team’s work, communicate direction with purpose, and make confident decisions that support enterprise goals. You will also improve your ability to anticipate business shifts and adjust team priorities as strategies evolve.
This course is intended for leaders, middle managers, and department heads who play a direct role in executing business strategy through their teams.
