AI Change Leader Delivering Enterprise Value

Turn AI initiatives into sustained adoption, workforce readiness and enterprise value.

Build the capability to lead AI-enabled change across the organisation – aligning stakeholders, preparing the workforce and scaling what works as technology, priorities and possibilities continue to evolve.

Course overview

Moving from pilots to sustained adoption

AI initiatives often start with promising experiments. The bigger challenge comes when successful ideas need to take hold across teams, functions and the wider organisation.

This calls for a clear view of organisational readiness, a credible case for change and thoughtful preparation for how work, roles and capabilities may evolve. Leaders also need to build confidence, work through stakeholder concerns and create the conditions for successful initiatives to scale.

AI Change Leader develops the leadership capability to move AI initiatives from isolated progress to broader organisational adoption and value.

What you will gain

Build the capability to lead AI-enabled change at scale.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  1. Lead AI change with clarity

    Define the priorities of an effective and responsible AI Change Leader, and adapt leadership as the environment continues to evolve.

  2. Read organisational readiness

    Assess readiness for AI-enabled change and identify where to act first, balancing business priorities with the impact on people.

  3. Build a credible case for change

    Translate AI ambition into a clear vision that helps teams understand what is changing, why it matters and where they fit.

  4. Prepare the workforce for changing work

    Help managers and teams anticipate how roles and skills may evolve, including what may need to be learned, unlearned or strengthened.

  5. Build trust and stakeholder support

    Understand stakeholder concerns, engage sceptics constructively and strengthen confidence, participation and adoption.

  6. Scale successful initiatives

    Use champions, early wins and practical evidence to extend adoption across the organisation, adapting the approach when progress slows.

  7. Sustain progress

    Define meaningful measures, address barriers to adoption and translate the learning into a focused plan for action.

FAQ

AI Change Leader explained

Who is the AI Change Leader course for?

AI Change Leader is designed for leaders and professionals responsible for preparing, mobilising or supporting AI-enabled change across an organisation or major business area.

Typical participants include Business Unit and Functional Heads, AI Transformation teams, Change and OD leaders, AI and Digital Business Partners, HR leaders, and senior L&D and Talent professionals.

No deep technical or coding expertise is required.

Participants should understand the fundamentals of AI and be comfortable with how it is being used in organisations. The focus is on the leadership and organisational capabilities needed to build readiness, enable adoption and sustain AI-enabled change.

Participants should already have basic AI fluency, at around the level developed in AI User: Reinventing Your Work and Impact.

It is also helpful to be leading, contributing to or preparing for an AI-enabled change initiative so the learning can be connected to a relevant organisational priority.

The experience includes a Korn Ferry leadership assessment aligned to the AI-Ready Leader success profile and virtual Group Debrief, approximately three hours of pre-work, a three-day in-person workshop in Singapore, a short post-course assessment, and a virtual Ask Me Anything session approximately two weeks later.

Participants assess organisational readiness, shape a case for change, work through workforce and stakeholder implications, explore approaches to adoption and resistance, and consider how successful pilots can scale.

Selected activities also use AI as part of the work of change leadership.

No. The course is relevant for participants already involved in AI-enabled change as well as those preparing to take on that responsibility.

Having a current or emerging organisational priority in mind will help connect the learning to the realities of work.

AI-enabled change brings additional uncertainty. Technology and use cases continue to develop, while the implications for work, roles and skills may become clearer only as implementation progresses.

The course focuses on leading in this environment: reading organisational readiness, creating a credible vision, preparing the workforce, building stakeholder support and scaling adoption.

General AI training typically develops understanding or proficiency in using AI.

AI Change Leader addresses the organisational work required to turn AI initiatives into broader adoption and value – including workforce readiness, stakeholder alignment, scaling successful pilots and sustaining progress.

Participants leave with practical approaches to:

  • assess readiness for AI-enabled change;
  • build a credible case for change;
  • prepare teams for evolving work and capability needs;
  • engage stakeholders and address resistance;
  • scale successful AI initiatives; and
  • translate the learning into a focused 90-day action plan.

Eligible individuals and employers may receive course fee funding and other support, subject to prevailing eligibility requirements.

Refer to the Course Fees & Funding section above for the applicable funding rates and nett course fees.
