KORN FERRY ACADEMY INTERNAL REFERRAL SCHEME 2024

1. REFERRAL SCHEME

Referral incentive of S$50.00 for each course registration with Korn Ferry Academy (KFA)
Applicable for 1-day and 2-day short courses as published on www.kornferryacademy.com
Applicable for referral of individuals for upskilling and organizations sponsoring employees for
professional development

Open to all Korn Ferry colleagues from Singapore under the payroll of Korn Ferry (SG) Pte Ltd and Korn Ferry RPOPS SG Pte Ltd (excluding contractors and cadres)
In employment and not serving notice at time of referral incentive payout
Not the individual registered for training course
Inclusive of Fee Earners
Excluding the KFA team

a. Individual Referral

Defined by each training seat by a registrant with KFA
Course registration may either be SkillsFuture funded i.e. Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident or full-fee paying
Meets with all necessary course fee payment, attendance, evaluation and assessment requirements to be deemed as having completed the training course
Must not be a Korn Ferry employee at time of attending training course i.e. Referrers cannot refer themselves

b. Corporate Referral

Defined by the referral of a new company (defined by UEN) sponsoring employees for courses offered by KFA
Course registration may either be SkillsFuture funded i.e. Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident or full-fee paying
Meets with all necessary course fee payment, attendance, evaluation and assessment requirements to be deemed as having completed the training course
Incentive is valid for all registrations within a period of three (3) months from the course start date of the first registration received

By participating in the Referral Scheme, a Referrer represents that:
- The individual has confirmed his or her intent to register for a specific course and intake
- An introductory meeting between the company and KFA has been scheduled
- He or she has the Referrals’ prior consent to provide their contact information

All referral incentive payout is subject to verification
Verification of eligibility and payout will be performed by KFA on a quarterly basis based on data sources including:
- Referral submissions
- Training Management System (course registration, course fee payment, attendance & assessment)
- SkillsFuture Grant Calculator (funding eligibility)
KFA’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions on qualification of referrals or verification of referral incentive payout

Payable to colleagues on a quarterly basis, aligned to Korn Ferry financial quarters (May, August, November 2024) as part of payroll (income taxable)
No cap to the number of referrals each colleague is limited to

Referrers may participate in the Referral Scheme made available by KFA in order to refer individuals and organizations as potential learners with KFA
To do this, Referrers must necessarily submit personal information about themselves and their contacts, so that KFA can send communications to these contacts on the Referrers’ behalf
The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with KFA’s Privacy Policy
Referrers understand that, in addition to the initial communications to their contacts, KFA may also use the personal information to send to contacts additional follow-up communications on behalf of the Referrers in order to encourage or remind the contacts to complete a training course
The personal information may also be used by KFA to contact Referrers with regards to their participation in the Referral Scheme and to send to Referrers additional communications from the KFA
