As digital transformation accelerates across organisations, the role of HR is shifting – from managing operational processes to enabling enterprise-wide value creation. For HR leaders responsible for reimagining how people systems align with business objectives and scaling strategic capabilities, Generative AI presents a powerful opportunity to embed intelligence across the entire function.
