Building High-Performing Teams is a two-day, in-person course designed for managers and aspiring leaders who want to apply these insights in practice. Through Korn Ferry’s proven frameworks, case studies, and experiential learning, you will explore the elements that distinguish great teams from the rest. You will learn how to foster psychological safety, strengthen collaboration, and encourage open communication, creativity, and calculated risk-taking.

Delivered by experienced facilitators, the course combines research-based content with peer learning and practical application. You will gain insights into what drives motivation and engagement, and discover how to leverage your leadership style to align personal ambitions with organisational objectives. The result is a roadmap for building teams that perform at their best, consistently and sustainably.

Course Completion & Certification

To successfully complete the Building High-Performing Teams course, participants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Attendance: Achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and complete all assigned asynchronous pre-work.
  2. Assessment: Attain a passing score on the post-course assessment, to be completed online within two days of the course.

Participants who meet these requirements will receive a digital Certificate of Completion from Korn Ferry Academy.

The payable course fees reflect the amount after approved course fee grant and subsidies are applied. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 9% GST.

SkillsFuture Funding (SSG)
Eligible Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) may receive funding of up to 70% of course fees for SSG-supported courses. Funding levels, eligibility and payable fees are subject to prevailing funding policies at the point of course commencement.

Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
SCs aged 40 and above may receive up to 90% course fee funding for SSG-supported courses (subject to meeting baseline funding conditions).

You’ll conduct a Team Effectiveness Audit to identify areas for improvement and practise new behaviours through exercises, role plays, and peer interactions. Each topic is grounded in real business situations to help you translate learning into action.
