ACCELERATE is Korn Ferry Academy’s six-month, part-time leadership programme designed to strengthen that balance. It equips managers with the practical leadership skills to navigate change, motivate diverse teams, and build performance cultures that last. Participants learn to coach effectively, manage across generations, and use technology, including AI, to enhance their leadership impact.
Backed by Korn Ferry’s deep expertise in leadership development, the programme is designed for Singapore’s workforce realities. Through assessment, applied learning, and individual coaching, you will build the confidence and practical tools to lead people with empathy, accountability, and purpose.
ACCELERATE develops the confidence and capability middle managers need to lead people effectively through change and performance demands. Over six months, participants build self-awareness, strengthen essential leadership skills, and apply their learning through practical modules and one-to-one coaching.
ACCELERATE develops the people-leadership capability of middle managers, a group that plays a central role in employee engagement, retention, and day-to-day performance. The programme helps organisations build a reliable pipeline of leaders who can sustain results through others while adapting to ongoing change.
The six-month journey is paced for managers balancing operational delivery with people development. Participants learn, practise, and apply new approaches without stepping away from business priorities.
Every module draws on Korn Ferry’s global leadership insights and client experience, connecting proven frameworks to the realities of leading diverse, multigenerational teams.
Participants receive an individual Korn Ferry Leadership Solution assessment and one-to-one coaching. These components personalise learning, reinforce application, and accelerate behavioural change.
Sessions are led by experienced managers and consultants who translate leadership concepts into practical approaches that work in real organisations.

As part of the SkillsFuture initiative, ACCELERATE provides a cost-effective way to strengthen the organisation’s leadership core while maintaining programme quality and depth.
ACCELERATE sits at the centre of Korn Ferry Academy’s leadership suite, preparing managers for more complex, cross-functional roles. Participants can continue their development through programmes such as ELEVATE, which strengthens enterprise influence and strategic capability.

$9,400* (before funding and GST)
Programme Fee Payable
The payable programme fees reflect the amount after approved programme fee grant and subsidies are applied. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 9% GST.
SkillsFuture Funding (SSG)
Eligible Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) may receive funding of up to 70% of course fees for SSG-supported courses. Funding levels, eligibility and payable fees are subject to prevailing funding policies at the point of course commencement.
Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
SCs aged 40 and above may receive up to 90% course fee funding for SSG-supported courses (subject to meeting baseline funding conditions).

Eligible SMEs that fully sponsor their SC/PR employees for SSG-supported courses may receive up to 90% course fee funding.

To successfully complete the ACCELERATE programme, participants must meet the following requirements for each of the five course modules:
Participants who meet these requirements will receive a digital Certificate of Completion from Korn Ferry Academy.
