Overview

Innovation rarely happens in isolation. The most transformative ideas emerge when experts from different functions, disciplines, and perspectives work together to solve shared challenges. Yet, even with the best talent, collaboration often falters. Misaligned goals, competing priorities, and communication barriers can stall progress before ideas turn into results.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Innovation is a two-day, in-person course designed for professionals who want to harness the power of cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and performance. It addresses the realities of working across departments and business units, where success depends not just on expertise, but on shared understanding and creative problem-solving.

Grounded in Korn Ferry’s global research on leadership and organisational effectiveness, the course focuses on the mindsets and behaviours that shift teams from cooperation to true collaboration, where diverse perspectives generate new value. You’ll explore practical frameworks to build trust, align priorities, and channel different strengths towards common goals.

By the end, you’ll have the mindset and skills to identify and unlock win-win opportunities through collaboration, turning cross-team work into a lasting source of innovation and competitive advantage.
