"The most valuable part of this course was the practical framework for influence provided by the "Guiding Principles" and the "5Cs of Influential Conversations" These offered actionable strategies for building influence and achieving desired outcomes in professional interactions. It was made more interesting and easier to understand through the coach's use of role-play and situational-based scenarios."
"The facilitator is outstanding, delivering the course with great energy and clarity. She presented the content in a highly engaging manner, weaving in real-life anecdotes that made the concepts both relatable and easy to grasp. Her storytelling skills brought the material to life and helped reinforce key takeaways. A very effective and inspiring session overall!"
"The most valuable part of this course was learning how influence actually works in practice. I especially liked the breakdown of the 6 power bases. It was a good reminder that I can’t just rely on my job title or rewards. What I’ll take away most is the importance of learning to dance between being task-driven (getting things done) and relationship-driven (getting people with me on the journey)."
"Learning about organizational currencies and how it can be exchanged in the workplace. Mastering these currencies can help one achieve personal goals, create meaningful relationships, and navigate complex workplace dynamics effectively."
"Understanding the different types and power of influencing styles, the course has enriched me to apply the knowledge in daily work. The facilitator has demonstrated well on her knowledge of the subject and carried out quite a number of role-plays, which is quite interesting."
