Overview

To achieve results at scale consistently, organisations need leaders who can set clear direction, align team contributions, and sustain accountability. High performance is not the product of individual effort alone but of disciplined leadership that ensures teams deliver with both quality and speed.

Delivering Results Through Others is a two-day, in-person course that equips managers and emerging leaders with practical skills to build cohesive, accountable teams. At the heart of the course is Korn Ferry’s unique TEAMM model, a research-based framework for effective team leadership. The model outlines five essentials:

  • Targets: Set clear goals at both team and individual levels.
  • Engage: Secure buy-in for objectives and responsibilities, and create an environment where motivation thrives.
  • Align: Ensure delivery standards, priorities, and ways of working are shared across the team.
  • Manage: Oversee timelines and processes to safeguard quality and timeliness.
  • Mediate: Address conflicts and performance issues constructively to preserve collaboration and team health.

During the course, you will learn how to apply this framework to strengthen accountability, manage performance, and build a positive team culture. You will also explore how to foster collaboration, maintain motivation, and guide your team to deliver results more consistently.

By the end, you will be equipped to harness diverse strengths, build accountability, and lead teams to achieve outcomes that are both reliable and sustainable.
