You will develop a GenAI implementation roadmap tailored to your organisation, AI-enabled workflow plans for key HR domains, a governance and risk framework, and change-management strategies to drive adoption across your HR function.
This generative AI in HR course is designed for Senior HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, Heads of Talent/L&D/People Analytics, HR Transformation Leaders, and HR Managers who are responsible for leading AI integration to position HR as a strategic business enabler. This is a Level 2 course; participants should have completed "The AI-Enhanced HR Professional" or have equivalent foundational AI knowledge.
This is a 2-day intensive course. Pre-work (approximately 2–3 hours) is assigned before the course. Full-day sessions typically run from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. A post-course assessment must be completed within two days.
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and complete all assigned pre-work to be eligible for certification.

He is the founder of hrtech, a Singapore-headquartered analyst firm dedicated to advancing the adoption of technology and data by HR teams. His work has been recognised in ETHRWorld Southeast Asia’s “HR Influencers List” for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024).
Sriram serves as HR Technology Taskforce Lead for the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in Singapore, where he drives initiatives to promote technology adoption across HR functions. As an SHRM Facilitator, he has delivered numerous sessions on generative AI in HR to professionals across Asia.
