Generative AI is redefining how HR creates value by transforming people processes into intelligent systems that anticipate needs, improve experiences, and drive business performance. For HR leaders, this change offers a powerful opportunity to step into a strategic role where technology is not just a tool, but an enabler of enterprise-wide impact.
Driving HR Value with Generative AI Integration is a two-day course that shows you how to harness this potential. Designed for HR professionals leading transformation across functions or the wider organisation, the course provides a clear framework for identifying high-impact use cases, designing AI-enabled workflows, and building the governance needed for responsible adoption.
During the course, you will design intelligent workflows across HR domains such as employee engagement, career development, and succession planning, and apply a digital transformation framework to assess readiness and opportunity.
By the end, you will leave with a practical roadmap for GenAI integration, change strategies to build long-term capability, and the confidence to embed AI in ways that streamline operations, enhance the employee experience, and boost HR’s credibility in strategic decision-making.
This course is designed for HR leaders, business partners, and functional heads who want to expand their influence through generative AI. It is particularly valuable if you are driving or advising on GenAI transformation initiatives and are responsible for shaping a future-ready HR function.

This course is designed for HR leaders, business partners, and functional heads who are driving or advising on AI transformation within their organisations. It is ideal for professionals ready to move beyond individual AI productivity to enterprise-level impact, building intelligent workflows, aligning AI initiatives with business priorities, and shaping a future-ready HR function that delivers measurable value across the organisation.
You will learn how to identify and design strategic applications of generative AI across the HR function, including employee engagement, development, workforce planning, and succession. The course introduces frameworks for assessing readiness, evaluating tools, and designing AI-enabled workflows that enhance both operational efficiency and strategic alignment. You will also build skills to create governance structures, manage change, and develop implementation roadmaps that scale AI responsibly and effectively across the business.
There are no formal prerequisites. However, participants should have a foundational understanding of HR processes and a working knowledge of how AI is currently being applied within their teams or functions. The course is particularly relevant for graduates of The AI-Enhanced HR Professional or professionals who already use AI tools and are ready to design, govern, and scale AI-driven transformation.
You will learn through a mix of design labs, real-world case studies, and guided benchmarking exercises. Participants will collaborate to map strategic AI use cases, evaluate tools, and prototype intelligent workflows across HR domains. A peer showcase and facilitator-led debrief will help you refine your roadmap and governance approach to ensure your AI strategy is practical, ethical, and aligned with business needs.
You will design and refine a generative AI implementation roadmap tailored to your organisation, identifying high-value opportunities, planning for capability building, and outlining governance and change strategies. Through hands-on exercises, you will test and validate workflow prototypes and leave with a structured plan to responsibly integrate AI across HR for sustained business impact.
Unlike foundational AI courses that focus on personal productivity, this course addresses AI as a strategic capability for HR transformation. It equips participants to lead enterprise-level integration by designing, governing, and scaling AI across the HR function. Participants value its strategic framing, real-world case studies, and actionable design frameworks that enable them to turn AI concepts into concrete business outcomes. The course also builds naturally on The AI-Enhanced HR Professional, extending the learning from individual application to driving organisation-wide adoption and strategic value creation.
