It showed how HR can evolve from a primarily administrative function to a strategic partner within the organisation. This shift broadened my perspective and equipped me with concrete ways to implement these technologies effectively.”
“Learning about the ABCD (AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data) framework in HR was especially helpful. It gave me a clearer view of how these technologies can transform HR processes and enable better, more informed decision-making.”
“The training was thoughtfully designed, with ample hands-on opportunities to explore generative AI tools.”
“The AI tools introduced in the course were both interesting and powerful. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned directly in my work.”
This course is designed for HR professionals, including generalists, Business Partners, and specialists, who want to confidently and responsibly integrate generative AI into their daily work. It is ideal for those seeking to improve efficiency, creativity, and impact across the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to communication, engagement, and learning.
You will learn how to use generative AI to enhance key HR functions such as content creation, feedback analysis, communication, and workflow design. The course introduces prompting techniques, practical AI tools, and real-world HR use cases that help you produce quality outputs quickly and confidently. You will also gain insight into how AI can support more strategic and human-centred HR practices by freeing up time for higher-value work.
There are no prerequisites. The course is open to HR practitioners at all levels who are curious about AI and eager to apply it in practical ways. No coding or technical background is required; only a basic understanding of HR processes and a willingness to experiment with new tools. Using AI platforms such as ChatGPT in the days leading up to the course will help you learn faster and ask more targeted questions during the sessions.
You will learn through a fully hands-on, two-day workshop built around real HR scenarios. Using structured exercises, guided demonstrations, and peer collaboration, you will practise crafting effective prompts, generating and refining content, analysing qualitative data, and designing reusable AI workflows. The facilitator provides step-by-step guidance to help you build both confidence and capability in applying AI to your role.
Through guided activities and practical exercises, you will develop a ready-to-use toolkit of prompts, templates, and workflow designs that you can immediately apply in your own HR context. You will explore use cases such as creating job descriptions, onboarding resources, analysing survey data, and personalising communications. Each activity is designed to ensure you leave with tools and examples that make your HR work faster, smarter, and more impactful.
Unlike general AI courses, this course is designed specifically for HR professionals and their real-world challenges. It focuses on how generative AI can elevate, rather than replace, the human element of HR by enhancing creativity, insight, and connection across the employee experience. Participants value its practical orientation, immediate relevance, and focus on hands-on application across the entire HR lifecycle.
