Overview

Organisations today are awash with HR data, yet too often, this wealth of information sits unused because teams lack the tools to interpret it or the confidence to apply it. For HR professionals, the real differentiator lies not in collecting data, but in knowing how to use it to shape workforce and business outcomes.

Talent Analytics for Decision Making is a two-day, in-person course that gives professionals the skills to turn data into a strategic asset. Rather than focusing on numbers in isolation, the course helps you understand what the data means, how to analyse it with practical tools, and how to connect it to workforce and business priorities.

Through a mix of guided learning and hands-on exercises, you will practise collecting, organising, and analysing HR data in ways that support real decisions, such as hiring, retention, promotion, and workforce planning. You will also learn to present findings with clarity, creating reports and narratives that earn stakeholder confidence and shape action.

By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the skills to link HR metrics to strategy, build stronger cases for talent initiatives, and contribute to decisions that advance both people and organisational outcomes.
