Change is one of the defining challenges of leadership. While resistance is a natural response, it intensifies when change is imposed in a top-down way that ignores employee concerns and habits. Leaders who succeed take a different approach: they begin with empathy, understand the psychology behind resistance, and guide transitions in ways that build trust and engagement.
Leading and Managing Change is a two-day, in-person change management course in Singapore for aspiring leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their ability to guide people through transition. This leading and change management course for managers is led by an expert in change management, draws on Korn Ferry's global research in leadership development, and provides a structured foundation for anticipating challenges, addressing concerns, and sustaining momentum.
During this organisational change management course, you will examine why employees hesitate to embrace new directions and learn evidence-based approaches for gaining support. You will broaden your leadership toolkit through peer collaboration, practise strategies for responding to resistance, and develop the adaptability needed to lead effectively in uncertain environments.
By the end, you will be equipped to lead change with clarity and confidence: reducing resistance, keeping teams engaged, and ensuring initiatives move forward with measurable impact.
