No. This practical AI course for managers is designed for people leaders, not technical specialists. The focus is on using AI tools effectively through prompt engineering and workflow design – no coding required.
You will develop practical AI capabilities including prompt libraries, workflows for routine tasks, content creation techniques, and research frameworks that you can apply immediately to your management work.
This 1-day AI course for managers is ideal for Team Leaders, Department Managers, Project Managers, HR Business Partners, and Middle Managers who want to integrate AI into their daily work to improve efficiency and impact.
This is a 1-day intensive course. Sessions run from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Pre-work (approximately 1–2 hours) is assigned before the course. A post-course assessment must be completed within two days.
No. This AI for people management course teaches you how to use existing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms) effectively for management tasks. The focus is on prompt engineering, workflow design, and practical application – not building or programming AI.
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and complete all assigned pre-work to be eligible for certification.
The course is delivered in-person in Singapore. This format enables hands-on practice, live collaboration with peers, and immediate feedback from facilitators.
Immediately. Every technique is designed for direct application. Participants typically use the prompt templates, email drafts, and workflows from the course the very next day in their management work.
The course is tool-agnostic and focuses on principles that work across platforms (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and similar). You will learn techniques that transfer to any generative AI tool you use.

"The instructor's clear and structured teaching style made complex topics easier to understand, improving both comprehension and retention of the material. Group discussions and interactive activities made learning more engaging and meaningful."
"I like that we get to try the AI tools in a more hands-on way. I also appreciate that the course has curated and narrowed down the most useful tools, since there are so many out there and I don’t always have the time or knowledge to figure out which ones are worth exploring. It’s also helpful that the facilitator explained why each particular tool is valuable."
"It really widened my perspective on how to utilise AI to the fullest, never knew there are steps or guides on how to improve the process, really useful things learned."
