Overview
Organisations today compete as much on talent as on strategy. Yet, many HR and talent professionals struggle to connect the two to build future-ready workforces that can meet evolving business needs.
Korn Ferry Academy’s Future-Ready Talent Management (FRTM) programme equips HR generalist, HRBPs, talent managers, and learning & development leaders with the frameworks, analytics, and confidence to design and implement integrated talent strategies that drive growth.
This six-month, part-time journey develops mastery across the full talent lifecycle, from identifying and developing future leaders to retaining critical talent and planning for succession. Participants learn to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies, supported by data-driven insights and evidence-based tools.
Grounded in Korn Ferry’s global consulting experience and adapted for Singapore’s workforce context, the programme provides a practical roadmap for developing HR professionals into strategic talent leaders who can align people strategies with business priorities and drive organisational impact. Participants leave ready to shape workforce readiness, strengthen leadership pipelines, and influence senior stakeholders with credibility and impact.
The FRTM Journey
The programme is designed as a progressive, applied learning experience. Over six months, participants integrate strategic, analytical, and leadership perspectives, building future-ready talent management capability step by step.
Discover: Personal Insights and Readiness
The programme begins with the Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS), a proprietary psychometric assessment based on the KF4D Framework. Participants gain an integrated view of their drivers, traits, and competencies, identifying their strengths and growth areas as strategic talent leaders.
A facilitated debrief helps participants interpret their results and translate insights into development priorities. This foundation of self-awareness sets the direction for how they approach talent strategy and stakeholder influence throughout the programme.
Build: Core Talent Management Competencies
The five in-person modules develop the strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities required to manage talent end-to-end, from identifying potential to ensuring succession readiness. Each module blends Korn Ferry’s proprietary frameworks, global case studies, and real-world application through the CECE Learning Design Framework, which balances content, examples, context, and engagement.

Apply: Coaching for Real-World Impact
Each participant is paired with a coach — an experienced HR and business leader — who helps connect classroom insights to real organisational challenges. Through three virtual sessions spaced across the programme, participants receive focused guidance on applying new frameworks, testing strategies, and addressing complex talent issues in their own context.
These one-on-one sessions create space for reflection and practical problem-solving. Participants learn to navigate succession discussions, engage senior leaders on talent priorities, and use data to inform decisions with greater confidence. By the end of the programme, you will be equipped not only with frameworks, but with the capability to drive talent outcomes that advance both workforce readiness and business performance.
