Overview

As organisations adapt to constant change, HR professionals are expected to go beyond traditional roles and operate as strategic partners. Business leaders now look to HR not only for people management, but also for guidance on talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, and workforce transformation. Meeting these expectations requires consulting skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to align HR practices with enterprise goals.

Business Partnering & Consulting Skills for HR Professionals is a two-day, in-person course that equips HR practitioners to strengthen their influence and impact. Grounded in Korn Ferry’s decades of leadership and organisational research, the course builds the consulting capabilities required for HR to act as a trusted advisor at the leadership table.
