Overview

Sustaining growth requires organisations to continuously strengthen their leadership pipeline. The ability to identify and develop future leaders is not only critical for long-term success but also one of the most cost-effective strategies for retaining talent and reducing reliance on external hires. When organisations build leadership capacity from within, they are better positioned to secure commitment, maintain continuity, and achieve a lasting competitive edge.

Identifying and Developing Future Leaders is a two-day, in-person course designed for HR and talent management professionals as well as business leaders who play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategy. The course equips participants with structured methods for evaluating potential, designing tailored development pathways, and preparing high-potential employees to take on greater responsibilities.

During the course, you will examine how to create success profiles, apply targeted assessment tools, and conduct needs analyses that highlight where development is most required. Delivered by experienced Korn Ferry faculty, the course combines Korn Ferry’s global research with proven talent management practices.
