Overview

Preparing the next generation of leaders is one of the most strategic investments an organisation can make. Forward-looking organisations treat succession planning as a continuous process—anticipating capability needs before they arise. When future talent is identified and developed early, leadership transitions become smoother and business continuity is protected.

Succession Planning for Future-Ready Organisations is a two-day, in-person course that equips HR and business professionals with the tools to identify, assess, and develop future leaders. Built on Korn Ferry’s extensive expertise in leadership development, the course combines practical frameworks with real-world examples to help you address succession challenges in your own context.

During the course, you will explore the principles of effective succession planning, develop customised strategies for identifying and nurturing future leaders, and take part in interactive sessions that address succession challenges with guidance from the experienced facilitator.

By the end, you will be able to design succession strategies that protect business continuity and prepare your organisation for leadership transitions with confidence.
