Self-Awareness for Peak Performance is a two-day, in-person course that uncovers the mindsets and habits that define performance. Drawing on lessons from business, sport, and leadership, it explores how peak performers cultivate clarity of purpose, agility under pressure, and habits that reinforce growth.
During the course, you will examine empowering and limiting beliefs, practise strategies for breaking through barriers, and embed high-performance practices such as growth mindset, visualisation, and intentional goal-setting. The course also addresses communication and working styles, showing how flexibility in approach improves collaboration and impact in diverse settings.
By the end, you will walk away with a deeper awareness of strengths, blind spots, and untapped potential, along with the self-awareness to turn insight into action and the mindset to unlock your next level of performance.

The payable course fees reflect the amount after approved course fee grant and subsidies are applied. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 9% GST.
SkillsFuture Funding (SSG)
Eligible Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) may receive funding of up to 70% of course fees for SSG-supported courses. Funding levels, eligibility and payable fees are subject to prevailing funding policies at the point of course commencement.
Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
SCs aged 40 and above may receive up to 90% course fee funding for SSG-supported courses (subject to meeting baseline funding conditions).
